Veiled Roots

Uncover the scripture mysteries for yourself

The roots are there. The veil can be lifted. And the story is still unfolding.

A live, small-group scripture course from Veiled Roots, taught by Jared Lambert.
Return to ancient language, lived context, and temple-centered patterns, and begin to hear the text with greater depth and clarity.

This course is an invitation to slow down.
To move beyond surface readings and return to the text with care, attention, and better questions.

Scripture has not lost its depth.
But many of us have inherited it through layers of translation, tradition, and time that have softened its voice or narrowed its meaning.

This work is about listening again.
Not to replace what you believe,
but to see it more clearly.

What This Course Is

This is a 28-week, live course designed as a guided journey through scripture.
It is taught in a small-group setting and filmed as it unfolds, allowing you to engage the material in real time while contributing to a course that will later be shared more broadly.

Each session includes teaching followed by live Q&A, creating space for thoughtful questions, reflection, and discussion.

If this is the kind of learning you’ve been searching for, you’re welcome here.

The Structure

The course is divided into three connected sections:

  • Old Testament — 8 classes
  • New Testament — 8 classes
  • Latter Days — 12 classes
  • Plus additional bonus sessions

Each section builds on the one before it.
You are welcome to take a single section or continue through the full experience.

When and How You Attend

Joining the Course

You can begin at any point.
Each class is part of a larger structure, but you do not need to start at the beginning to participate.

Recordings of previous sessions are available, allowing you to revisit anything you may have missed.

Whether you are joining early or partway through, you will have a clear path forward.

Each week, the same class is taught multiple times:

  • Monday — 10:00am (Live in Provo)
  • Wednesday — 11:00am (Zoom)
  • Thursday — 7:00pm (Live in Provo)
  • Sunday — 4:00pm (Zoom)

You’re free to attend whichever session works best for your schedule.
If you miss a class, simply attend another session or continue the following week.

Join live or attend in the way that works best for you.

What This Feels Like

  • A small, engaged group of thoughtful learners
  • Space to ask real questions and sit with complex ideas
  • Teaching that moves slowly enough to allow meaning to emerge
  • A learning environment built on respect, curiosity, and care

This is not fast learning.
It is careful seeing.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • Early access to the full course before public release
  • Live Q&A with Jared throughout the experience
  • A deeper understanding of scripture through language and context
  • Patterns and connections that help the text feel more whole

Who This
is for

This course is for:

  • Those who sense there is more in the text than they’ve been able to access
  • Those who want depth without dismantling faith
  • Those willing to ask thoughtful, sometimes difficult questions
  •

This course may not be for:

  • Those looking for quick answers or surface-level study
  • Those not ready to engage deeply with historical and linguistic context
  •

How It
Works

  • Classes are 60 minutes
  • Teaching is followed by a short, private Q&A
  • Q&A sessions are not recorded
  • Sessions are filmed, though only Jared is on camera
  • Because this course is being professionally recorded, there may be occasional pauses or retakes.

If you’ve been looking for a way to engage scripture more deeply, this is a place to begin.
